Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that combines an electromagnetic valve, a pilot valve, and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electrical signal.

Tips for installing electromagnetic pulse valves:
The main function of an electromagnetic pulse valve is to control the magnitude of oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure shock during gear shifting and lock unlocking, so as to keep the equipment running smoothly.

Electromagnetic pulse valves can be divided into three types based on the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet:
a、Right angle electromagnetic pulse valveDiaphragm valves with valve body inlet and outlet at right angles, directly controlled by electrical signals;
b、 Straight through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with a valve body inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees, directly controlled by electrical signals;
c、 Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with the valve body inlet submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
In addition to the conventional three types of solenoid valves, there is also a large-diameter low-pressure electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection.

Technical requirements for electromagnetic pulse valve:
1. When the working gas source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
2. When the operating voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the nominal gas source pressure of the product, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03s.
3. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa to 0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has undergone oil and water removal treatment.
4. The product should be able to withstand a gas source pressure of 0.8 MPa.
5. Under specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the casing should be greater than 1M Ω.
6. Under the conditions of room temperature ranging from 5 ° C to 35 ° C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V on the casing without breakdown for 1 minute.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to operate normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm, and a duration of 30 minutes.

1. Corrosive fluid: It is recommended to use electromagnetic valves and all stainless steel; Edible net fluid: Stainless steel solenoid valves are recommended.
2. High temperature fluid: It is necessary to choose electromagnetic valves made of high-temperature electrical materials and sealing materials, and to choose piston type structures.
3. Fluid state: ranging from gaseous, liquid, or mixed state, especially when ordering with a diameter greater than DN25, it should be distinguished.
4. Fluid viscosity: Usually below 50cSt, it can be freely selected. If it exceeds this value, a high viscosity solenoid valve should be used.
4、 Choose based on the duration of continuous work: normally closed, normally open, or continuously powered on
1. When the solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time and the duration is longer than the closing time, the normally open type should be selected.
2. If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is not long, choose the normally closed type.
3. However, for some working conditions used for protection, such as furnace and kiln flame monitoring, the normally open type cannot be selected, and the long-term electrified type should be selected.
5、 Selecting solenoid valves based on pressure parameters: principles and structural types
1. Nominal pressure: This parameter has the same meaning as other general valves and is determined based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline.
2. Work pressure: If the work pressure is low, choose the direct action or step-by-step direct action principle; When the working pressure difference is above 0.04Mpa, direct acting, step-by-step direct acting, and pilot operated can all be selected.
