Electroacoustic pore analyzer WAVE series
Product details

Kantar Instruments has been dedicated to the manufacturing of instruments for characterizing the physical properties of porous materials for over 40 years. With the increasing demand for applications of porous materials and deepening scientific research needs, we continuously introduce instruments suitable for user analysis needs, and always take it as our responsibility to maintain high stability of the instruments and ensure the authenticity and accuracy of analysis.

Recently, in order to meet the needs of green, non-destructive, and rapid analysis, the American company Conta has launched a new porous material characterization instrument based on electroacoustic method - the WAVE series probe type pore analyzer.

Due to the use of patented electroacoustic principles, the WAVE series has no restrictions on the type of analyzed material - within the range of electroacoustic aperture measurement, as long as it is a non soluble material and the pore can be wetted by liquid, it can be tested and the results can be obtained in a few minutes. Not using mercury or high-purity gas, lower operating costs, more environmentally friendly, easier to operate, faster, and can achieve portable on-site measurement. Windows based software can help you achieve fast and accurate measurement of materials, and manage increasingly large databases for you.

This instrument can be widely used in green and sintered ceramics, core samples, silica gel and resin for chromatographic separation, sheet-like samples, friction products such as brake pads, cement and other building materials industries, to measure and judge the uniformity of the entire material profile; It can also be used for the analysis of powder materials that are prone to settling.

This series of instruments is divided into three models, which can measure parameters such as porosity, average pore size, and material surface potential (Zeta Potential) separately.
