Item Description:

The 150 kN electro-hydraulic servo bearing wear dynamic fatigue testing machine mainly consists of a host (with a 50kN servo linear actuator and a rotary drive device), a spindle box, a testing fixture and its hydraulic drive module, a set of constant pressure servo pump station (flow rate of 40L/min, system pressure of 21MPa), a fully digital single channel servo controller, a computer printer, related testing software, and other necessary accessories.

1. High strength host: The host is a four column frame structure, with a 150kN servo linear actuator placed inside the host frame. The clamp is installed at the top of the actuator piston rod. The host crossbeam is fixed to the workbench with four high-strength columns to ensure the stability and reliability of the crossbeam during the testing process, while also ensuring that the crossbeam remains locked in place during non testing conditions. The outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated hard chromium, which can effectively increase the column's wear resistance, improve its corrosion resistance, and increase the aesthetic appearance of the host.

The mainframe of the testing machine has the characteristics of compact structure, high frame stiffness, reliable specimen clamping, good alignment, and convenient clamping.

1.1. The host adopts a four column frame structure, and the outer surface of the columns is treated with electroplated hard chrome to further improve the aesthetic appearance and enhance the anti-corrosion ability;

1.2. The test space for the crossbeam is fixed to meet the requirements of the test, ensuring the stability and reliability of the test, while also ensuring that the crossbeam remains locked in place in non test states;

1.3. The load sensor is installed at the top of the piston rod and in the middle of the clamp to measure the test load.

1.4. Sample clamping and emergency stop operation buttons are designed in front of the host workbench for easy operation by testers.

2. Actuator:

The servo linear actuator is the core component of the testing machine, and the testing machine outputs the test force through the actuator. Designed and manufactured using proprietary technology, the actuator is built into the lower part of the host and consists of the actuator body, hydraulic control module, and sensors.
