1、 System Overview
Product details

1、 System Overview

In order to prevent electrical equipment and circuit failures from causing fires, eliminate electrical fire hazards, ensure the reliability and safety of fire equipment power supply, protect personal and property safety, and improve the utilization rate of system equipment, the "DGJ08-2048-2016 Civil Building Electrical Fire Protection Design Regulations" stipulate the relevant content of the electrical comprehensive monitoring system.

According to relevant standard requirements, Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. has actively launched the Acrel-5000EIM electrical comprehensive monitoring system with strong research and development capabilities and more than ten years of rich experience in electrical safety solutions. The system deeply optimizes and integrates power monitoring system, energy consumption monitoring function, electrical fire monitoring, fire equipment power monitoring, surge protection monitoring and other system functions into a unified system, simplifies equipment configuration and on-site wiring, improves equipment utilization, reduces user costs, saves social resources, and reduces user operation and maintenance costs.

2、 System functions

① Real time warning
Real time monitoring of electrical fires, fire equipment power supply, fire doors, emergency lighting and evacuation instructions, surges, and the operation status of power supply and distribution equipment. In case of abnormal voltage of fire equipment power supply, abnormal residual current of circuits, abnormal temperature of cables or busbars, abnormal operation of surge protectors, etc., timely alarms are issued to remind operation and maintenance personnel to handle them, eliminate hidden dangers as soon as possible, and ensure personal and property safety. The system is capable of real-time monitoring of remote signaling changes, protection actions, accident tripping, as well as events such as voltage, current, power, and power factor exceeding limits in distribution circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding knives, and other devices, and issuing alarms based on the event level. When the system alarms, a real-time alarm window will automatically pop up and sound or voice reminders will be issued.
② Run monitoring
The system monitors in real-time the current, voltage, power, electrical energy, residual current, cable and busbar operating temperature of each circuit outgoing from the substation, the operation status of the main and backup power sources of the fire-fighting equipment, surge protection, the opening/closing status of the fire door, the operation of emergency lighting and evacuation indicator batteries, the operation of lights, linkage signals, the closing and opening status of various distribution circuit breakers, isolation switches, ground knives, etc. It is dynamically displayed in graphics and has a user-friendly human-machine interface.
③ Energy consumption analysis of buildings
The electrical comprehensive management system supports statistical analysis of sub item energy consumption, branch energy consumption, and regional energy consumption, as well as statistical analysis of energy consumption on working days, non working days, etc., and generates analysis reports on a year-on-year and month on month basis.
④ Electrical safety assessment
Based on the current, voltage, residual current, main/backup power status, battery operation status, linkage signal, switch status, and fault tripping model of the power supply circuit, and considering abnormal events such as residual current action, cable overheating, fire equipment power overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, fault tripping, and current voltage exceeding limits, a safety analysis of the system or equipment is conducted to provide evaluation conclusions and recommendations for the operation and maintenance of user equipment and cables.
⑤ Viewing System History Events
Store and manage abnormal events such as residual current action, cable overheating, fire equipment power overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, fault tripping, current and voltage exceeding limits, etc., to facilitate users' historical traceability of system events and alarms, query statistics, and accident analysis.
⑥ Historical data statistics
The rich reporting system supports meter reading summary and statistics functions such as timed and time-based. Users can freely query the electricity consumption of each distribution node during any time period since the normal operation of the system, and provide statistical analysis reports on the electricity consumption of incoming lines and branch circuits at the station. This function makes electricity consumption visible and transparent, and can be analyzed and traced when there is a large error in electricity consumption, maintaining the correctness of the measurement system.
