Product Introduction
The vacuum feeding machine consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free, waterless), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper, and material level automatic control device. The entire system is designed reasonably and manufactured beautifully.
Vacuum feeding machines are divided into two types: gap discharge and continuous discharge. Gap discharge is beneficial for reducing equipment investment costs and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to use gap discharge. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and large production volumes.
