Features

1. Material and Structure: The door body is entirely made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles. Long span, ultra long suspension, and suspended operation. The door body is assembled with an H-shaped joint, which has a simple and reasonable structure and high connection strength. The door rack with a clearance of 22 meters can operate completely suspended without being affected by the ground.

2. Built in motor: The built-in friction waterproof drive mechanism is the exclusive first in the industry, with a standard 0.75KW industrial motor. Optional 1.1KW high-power motor and waterproof motor, with a beautiful built-in door and reliable safety protection.

3. Anti collision function: In the closed door operation state, the intelligent infrared anti-collision can automatically stop running when encountering people or objects.

4. Anti collision function: In operation, when the airbag is pressed by a person or object, the anti collision pressure wave sensor senses and sends a signal to the main control board through a wireless transmission module. After the main control board receives the signal, the door can automatically stop running.

5. Anti pinch function: When the product is in operation with the door open or closed, if people or objects touch the airbags installed on both sides of the control box, the door can immediately stop running.

6. Reliable operation: The product can be received through an external remote control or manually controlled control box. After the control box receives the action command, it is transmitted to the electrical box through wired communication. To avoid the drawbacks of electrical box shielding or building signal refraction, and achieve accurate and timely action. When the door moves, the door will automatically stop running when the open/close limit signal is detected.

7. Voice function: When the door is running, there is a sound prompt function.

8. Anti crawling alarm: equipped with an infrared anti rollover detection system. When the door is in the closed position, the intelligent infrared anti climbing signal effectively outputs an alarm signal. When the intelligent infrared detects an obstacle, the alarm in the control box will sound: the alarm time is 10 seconds. The alarm can also be released by pressing the stop button or open button on the control box controller.

9. Emergency stop function: In operation, in case of emergency, the power can be quickly cut off through the emergency stop switch to achieve emergency stop and ensure safety.

10. Overload protection: When the motor temperature reaches 120 ℃ or runs for the set time, the motor will stop working to protect its service life

11. Manual clutch: The door body is equipped with a manual clutch device. When there is a power outage or maintenance, the clutch handle can be opened and the sliding door can be manually pushed.

12. Security and anti-theft: When the door is in a stopped state, it is self-locking through the worm gear mechanism of the gearbox, and cannot be pushed open by external force.

13. Leakage protection: The product is equipped with leakage protection function, which can protect the control system from grounding, overcurrent, and overvoltage.
