CZ-1006C electric punching machine

1、 Purpose:

This machine is designed for rubber factories and research institutions to punch and cut standard rubber test pieces before conducting tensile tests. Similar materials can also be cut by punching. This machine is electrically controlled, and the punching action can be completed by simply operating the up and down buttons on the control box.

3、 Usage method
(1) Place a soft plastic board on the machine base platform;
(2) Place the sample blank on the flat surface of the plastic board;
(3) Place the cutting blade on the specimen on the workbench, ensuring that the cutting edge plane is parallel to the machine base platform;
(4) Press the UP key to control the switch, the worktable moves upward, and the pressure plate comes into contact with the cutting blade until the standard sample is punched. Press the DOWN key to control the worktable to move down and return to its original position, and then directly remove the punched sample.

Our unit produces cutting knives of types 1, 2, 3, and 4 in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T528-92 "Determination of Tensile Properties of Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber".

4、 Precautions and maintenance
1. The cutting edge plane should be parallel to the worktable plane during punching, and the cutting edge surface should not be in contact with the worktable plane during punching to avoid damaging the cutting edge.
2. After use, the punching and cutting knife should be coated with anti rust oil to prevent corrosion.
3. It is not easy to use a hard plastic plate for the pad under the sample.
4. Cover with a dust cover after use to prevent oil and dust from entering.
