working principle:Composed of float, torque tube, sensor and other parts. The float is immersed in the measured liquid, and according to Archimedes' principle, the buoyancy experienced by the float is proportional to the density of the liquid and the volume of the displaced liquid. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of the float changes, and its position also changes accordingly. This position change is transmitted to the sensor through the torque tube, and the sensor converts it into an electrical signal output to achieve liquid level measurement.

Installation and wiring precautions:

  • a. The installation of instruments must be vertical and firm and reliable. If the instrument display is not at zero point after installation, you can follow the software operation instructions to reset and migrate to zero point.

  • b. During installation, the transmitter should not be subjected to strong vibrations, impacts, or local overheating, especially for the lever hanging on the inner cylinder, which should not swing or be pulled or compressed significantly to avoid damaging the accuracy of the instrument or causing damage to the instrument.

  • c. Install the inner cylinder correctly and tighten the nut.

  • d. This instrument does not participate in public welfare experiments such as gas sweeping, airtightness, water pressure, etc. conducted before or after the device is put into operation.

  • e. After the instrument wiring is completed, the end cap should be tightened to prevent water from entering and damaging the instrument.

  • f. When the instrument needs to be debugged or repaired, the electrical parameters and structure must not be changed, especially on areas coated with red paint. It is strictly prohibited to twist them forcefully to avoid damaging the instrument.

  • g. The instrument casing should be well grounded.

  • h. When the measured medium fluctuates greatly, a surge tube is required to measure the liquid level with a float.
