Our factory, in collaboration with a professor from Henan University of Technology and an expert from Henan Environmental Protection Research Institute, has launched an environmental protection equipment for breeding farms - a fecal sewage purification unit. The feces in the collection tank of the breeding farm are first dehydrated, the dry materials are bagged, and the fecal water is treated by the purification unit. The treated water is colorless and odorless, and all indicators meet the national environmental discharge standards. It can be washed, recycled, or discharged into rivers without pollution. This purification unit utilizes advanced biodegradation technology and water treatment purification technology to solve the environmental problems of breeding farms-
What kind of sewage can microorganisms treat:

1、 The treatment technology of manure and sewage purification units in breeding farms can be divided into first level, second level, and third level treatment according to the degree of treatment.
1. First level processingIt mainly removes suspended solid pollutants in sewage, and most physical treatment methods can only meet the requirements of primary treatment. After primary treatment, sewage can generally remove about 30% of BOD, which does not meet the discharge standards. The first level processing belongs to the preprocessing of the second level processing.
2. Secondary processingIt mainly removes organic pollutants (BOD, COD) in colloidal and dissolved states from sewage, with a removal rate of over 90%, making the organic pollutants meet the discharge standards.
3. Third level processing,Further processing of recalcitrant organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other soluble inorganic substances that can lead to eutrophication of water bodies. The main methods include coagulation precipitation method, sand ratio method, activated carbon adsorption method, etc.
The entire process involves the original fecal sewage being lifted by a sewage pumping pump, separated by a solid-liquid separator, and the separated dry feces being bagged and transported away. The fecal water then enters a biodegradation tank, which is the first level of treatment (i.e. physical treatment); The sewage that has undergone biodegradation enters the 3-4 level sedimentation tank, and the overflow water from the sedimentation tank enters the alkalization tank. The overflow water from the alkalization treatment equipment enters the secondary sedimentation tank, and the secondary treatment is completed at this point; The overflow water from the secondary sedimentation tank is disinfected and discharged into the tertiary treatment, which includes coagulation sedimentation method, sand filtration method, and activated carbon adsorption method.
2、 Part of the sludge from the sedimentation tank flows back to the initial sedimentation tank or biological treatment equipment, while another part enters the sludge concentration tank and then enters the sludge digestion tank. After passing through dewatering and drying equipment, the sludge is reused.
