The electric internal thread ball valve is composed of an angular stroke electric actuator and an internal thread ball valve, suitable for situations where two positions are cut off and adjusted. Characteristics of actuators

The actuator can directly receive 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC control signals output by computers or industrial instruments, with a 220VAC power supply. Based on the deviation between the valve position feedback signal and the set value, the actuator drive motor is intelligently step adjusted (PID adjustment) to achieve precise positioning of the valve or other device opening that is matched with the actuator, while outputting 4-20mADC position feedback signals. Its core control component, the electronic servo controller, is designed using modern digital technology and DCS/PLC specifications, integrating signal acquisition, processing, feedback, and control. Adopting a unique electronic braking circuit and adding a mechanical damping device to eliminate inertia, it can instantly stop the machine without oscillation during positioning, and the positioning accuracy can reach over 0.3%. Controllable silicon output, fast action time, stable output, high reliability. Small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching, high flow capacity, especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fiber properties. At present, this valve is widely used in industrial control coefficients in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical engineering, teaching and research equipment, and power.
