Easy operation
Optos pumps can be accessed through local LCD displays andSolvent resistant film keyboardThin film keyboard control can also be remotely controlled through RS232 commands or analog control (0-5VDC or 4-20mA).
When the pump power switch is turned on, the flow rate and pressure are displayed intuitively, and the flow rate setting can be adjusted by simply pressing the setting button. Press the RUN/STOP button to start/stop the pump. Optos pumps provide simple interfaces for controlling flow, supplementing flow, compression compensation, and other pump parameters.
Wide range of high-pressure transmission performance
The Optos series pumps have a smooth and precise fluid delivery range of 0.002-80ml/min, with a reciprocating piston design and a high-pressure capacity of up to 6000psi.

Selection of remote control
The Optos series pumps can be remotely controlled through analog signals or RS232 commands.

Revival of stuffed design
All Optos metering pumps are designed with positive displacement reciprocating pistons to ensure precise flow control.
Three models are available: three interchangeable pump heads with three different models based on stroke length, each model containing specific flow and pressure ranges, and three different, interchangeable liquid ends, greatly improving the pump's flow capacity.
corrosion resistance
The Optos series pumps are carefully selected with sapphire pistons that are corrosion-resistant at the liquid end, and the inlet and outlet valves are composed of sapphire valve seats and ruby balls.
Flat temperature flow conveying
The Optos series metering pump combines the latest electronic and software technologies to optimize the rotational speed of its built-in motor and minimize the delivery pulse;
If the model equipped with pulse dampers (plus) is chosen, the high and low pressure limits are also monitored and set to provide a smoother pressure medium delivery. (Not applicable to model 3 or all high flow pump heads).

Piston cleaning function
When using a buffer solution for the piston, crystallization may cause wear on the piston seal.
The piston cleaning system can greatly extend the sealing life of the piston.
The plunger cleaning system can extend the service life of the plunger and sealing ring, and the cleaning solution can be a methanol solution containing 20% deionized water.

Optional pump head material
Standard pump head: 316 stainless steel
Lined pump head: PEEK is added to the part of the pump head that comes into contact with the liquid medium(polyetheretherketone (PEEK))The lining of the material is designed to eliminate contact with the metal in the circulation pipe. (But the maximum pressure will decrease to 4000 psi).
