DESCRIPTION

This machine is a high-tech filling equipment that integrates microcomputer (PLC) programmable control, photoelectric sensing, and pneumatic execution. This machine is specially used for filling edible liquids such as Baijiu, soy sauce, vinegar, condiments, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water and pesticide chemical liquids. Accurate filling measurement, no bubbles, no dripping. Suitable for filling various bottle types (including guided bottles) ranging from 50-1000ml

Suitable for filling containers of different specifications, it can switch filling specifications within minutes, with a short filling cycle and high production capacity. Changing the filling specifications does not require adding spare parts, only adjustments can be made. Users can choose the filling quantity and determine the number of filling heads according to their production capacity. The touch operated color screen can display production status, operating procedures, filling methods, etc. The screen is intuitive, easy to operate, and easy to maintain. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle stopper to ensure accurate alignment of the injection material.

The design adopts a linear grouping method for bottle entry and exit, which expands the filling function. Various shapes of containers can be effectively filled in this equipment. The internationally advanced gas filling valve is selected to ensure no dripping or salivation during the filling process. The powerful PLC software support enables ideal filling operations, and the human-machine interface allows all operations to be completed on a touch sensitive color screen.

Fixed channel parameters are used for filling, and filling time is controlled to achieve different measurements of filling. The precise filling time of pneumatic valves can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy within ± 1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve user economic benefits. The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted separately to achieve consistency in filling measurement. This machine is set with bottle feeding technology program, no bottles, and no filling if the counting is not accurate. Filling only starts when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of bottles to be filled. The filling amount can be initially adjusted to the desired filling amount, and then fine tuned to achieve the desired filling measurement accuracy.
