The G series single screw pump is an internal meshing rotary displacement pump. When the rotor of the single line spiral rotates around the stator axis in the double line spiral stator hole, the density cavity formed between the rotor and stator pair continuously, uniformly, and with constant solubility transports the medium from the suction end to the output end. Due to these characteristics, single screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following working conditions:

1. Transport of high viscosity media. The viscosity of the medium varies depending on the pump speed, and materials up to 1.000.000cps can also be effectively transported. The pressure can reach 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4. The temperature of the conveyed medium is below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach up to 150 ℃)

2. A medium containing solid particles or fibers. The maximum particle size can reach 20mm (not exceeding the rotor eccentricity), the maximum fiber length can reach 150mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch), and the solid content can generally reach 30%. When the medium is composed of fine particles in the form of powder, the maximum can reach 70% or higher.

3. Require continuous delivery, stable pressure, and no periodic pulsation of reciprocating pumps.

4. Require minimal agitation during transportation, without cutting the original structure of the conveyed medium.

5. Transmission can be achieved directly through couplings, or through devices such as variable speed motors, V-belts, gearboxes, etc.

6. The flow rate is linearly related to the rotational speed, and it is convenient to adjust the flow rate by adjusting the rotational speed to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow rate.

Please note that:

1. The test data of the performance table is based on water at 20 ℃ as the medium, with a viscosity of 1mm ³/s.

2. When a pump transports a medium with high viscosity and particles, the pump speed must be different according to the properties of the medium.

3. When the pump transports different abrasive media, the pump speed must also be different.
