Easew/IS ATEX certified dew point transmitterThe design concept is simple and easy to use, and its integrated features are designed to simplify installation and use services as much as possible. The transmitter that has been set up and calibrated makes dew point measurement as easy as temperature and pressure measurement, and can be directly integrated into your air or gas management and control system.

The design of the intrinsic safety Easidew IS has taken into account the working conditions - protection IP65 level, shock and vibration resistance, as well as working temperature and pressure. The working temperature can be as low as -40 ℃, suitable for dew point measurement under low temperature conditions. In addition, the combination of Michell ceramic humidity sensing technology and excellent measurement circuits endows Easidew IS with precision, repeatability, and a wide measurement range at working pressures up to 30MPa. Regardless of changes in industrial process conditions - even corrosive gases such as process or catalytic recombination gas measurements - their long-term stability can be trusted by users.

Essence certificate

The intrinsic safety Easidew IS has passed CENELEC certification and complies with the EEx ia IIC T4 standard when connected to a pair of isolated or shunt diode gates as signals and power sources. The intrinsically safe Easidew IS has also passed FM (USA) CL1, Div1, Gp A, B, C&D, T4, CSA, and (Canada) certifications, complying with Ex 1a (Level 1, Zone 0 and 1). The intrinsically safe Easidew IS has also been approved to comply with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC. Therefore, the Chuansmaite intrinsically safe Easidew IS can be used in all industrial gas measurement applications.

The intrinsic safety Easidew IS can be set by the user to provide a linear signal of 0-20mA or 4-20mA proportional to the measured dew point (factory design is 4-20mA). This signal can be transmitted to the DCS or PLC monitoring system through a grid (or displayed on the dew point through an explosion-proof display meter on site). Michell can also provide necessary gate devices or offer correct recommendations for user selection.
