The EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. The unique feature of the EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer compared to other mixers is that it is particularly suitable for mixing various solid materials of large tonnage (1000L~20000L). Compared to a three-dimensional motion mixer, the mixing cylinder of a two-dimensional motion mixer rotates while also participating in swinging, allowing the materials in the cylinder to be fully mixed. Due to the deviation of the discharge port of the mixing cylinder of this mixer from the centerline of the cylindrical part of the mixing cylinder, the EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer has the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing volume, and convenient discharge. Two dimensional mixers are widely used for mixing powder and granular materials.

The machine is mainly composed of three parts: a rotating drum, a dancing frame, and a frame. The rotary drum is mounted on a swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are manually rotated by the rotating power system to produce rotation of the rotary drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mechanically mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by a bearing group. The drum of a two-dimensional motion mixer can move in two directions simultaneously, one being the rotation of the drum. The other one is the swinging cylinder that swings with the swinging frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the rotary drum, while also undergoing back and forth mixing movements along with the swinging of the drum. Under the combined action of these two movements, the material is fully mixed in a short period of time.
