EPE foam products are a new type of easily degradable and environmentally friendly material. After the traditional EPS is banned, EPE materials will be completely replaced. EPE foam pearl cotton and sheet products are formed from polyethylene plastic raw materials through processes such as heating, melting, extrusion, catalysis, and foaming. The characteristics of this material include sound insulation, impact resistance, shock resistance, waterproofing, non toxicity, no odor, and softness. It can be molded into sheet materials with a thickness ranging from 0.5-19mm at once, and can also be made into packaging and filling materials of various thicknesses through composite and laminating. By cooperating with corresponding mold auxiliary machines, products such as pipes, profiles, bars, and mesh can be produced.
