EM93 is divided into three types: EM93A, EM93B, and EM93C, and the probes of each model of instrument are not exactly the same:
-EM93A consists of HF-60105 in the 1MHz-9.4GHz frequency range and HL60100 probe in the 680MHz-10GHz frequency range；
