Using fluorescent ultraviolet lamps as the light source, the accelerated weather resistance test of the material is conducted by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the results of the material's weather resistance.
The UV aging test chamber device is suitable for conducting water exposure aging tests on non-metallic materials, organic materials, and their products such as coatings, paints, rubber, and plastics. Due to the fact that ultraviolet radiation in sunlight is the main factor causing the oxidation and degradation of polymers, and moisture is an important destructive factor accelerating aging, the degree of product and material aging can be tested under changes in climate conditions such as sunlight, humidity, temperature, and condensation, and discoloration and fading can be obtained in a short period of time. 2、 Test box structure:

4. A spray system is also designed inside the box, which can conduct intermittent rain tests on the samples, simulate the external environment, and provide the samples with the most realistic or rigorous environmental tests.

4、 Test box light source:
1. The light source uses three ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 20W as the light source.

Due to the gradual decay of the energy output of fluorescent lamps over time, in order to reduce the impact of light energy decay on the experiment, this test box replaces an old lamp with a new lamp every quarter of the lifespan of all three lamps. This ensures that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy.
