How to deal with occasional leakage and other problems during the use of a double stirred reactor?

1. There is a leak at the discharge valve at the bottom of the double stirred reactor.

Reason for malfunction: The valve sealing surface is damaged.

Solution: Replace the valve stem.

2. There is a leak at the sealing of the double stirred reactor.

Reason for malfunction: Due to loose bolts, the sealing gasket is deformed.

Solution: Tighten the bolts again. If it is ineffective, replace the sealing gasket again.

3. There is a leak and bubbles at the valve.

Reason for malfunction: The sealing surface or gasket at the valve is worn.

Solution: Replace and repair the valve.
