Application and performance of double-sided milling machine
A double-sided milling machine can simultaneously mill, drill, bore, and chamfer two planes of a workpiece. It can move in the X, Y, and Z directions. Can process workpieces of different widths, heights, lengths, and weights. Installing the angle gauge head produced by our factory at the front end of the milling head can process concave flat surfaces or concave inclined surfaces. The milling head of this machine tool has two operating modes: power frequency and frequency conversion. When milling flat surfaces with high cutting force, power frequency can be used. Frequency conversion can be used for frequent speed changes during drilling, boring, and chamfering. The milling head uses bearings and alloy steel helical gears, which have the characteristics of good rigidity, low noise, and smooth milling surface. Acceptance standards and procedures for machine tools
1. Machine tool accuracy: JB/T8490.1-1999 (used for acceptance of geometric accuracy, working accuracy, cutting test pieces, etc.).
2. Technical agreement signed by both parties
3. Acceptance is divided into pre acceptance and final acceptance. Pre acceptance shall be notified by the supplier to the purchaser and the agent in accordance with the relevant content of this agreement for acceptance by the supplier (when the purchaser provides acceptance tools, etc.); The final acceptance is carried out by the supplier's personnel at the buyer's site for installation and debugging. The buyer provides installation and debugging tools and sends employees to assist in debugging. After debugging, the accuracy is tested according to relevant requirements and a mutually recognized test piece is processed. The quality of the processed piece meets the requirements as the final inspection standard.
