A double-sided milling machine can simultaneously mill, drill, bore, and chamfer two planes of a workpiece. It can move in the X, Y, and Z directions. Can process workpieces of different widths, heights, lengths, and weights. Installing the angle gauge head produced by our factory at the front end of the milling head can process concave flat surfaces or concave inclined surfaces. The milling head of this machine tool has two operating modes: power frequency and frequency conversion. When milling flat surfaces with high cutting force, power frequency can be used. Frequency conversion can be used for frequent speed changes during drilling, boring, and chamfering. The milling head uses bearings and alloy steel helical gears, which have the characteristics of good rigidity, low noise, and smooth milling surface. The bed guide rail ultrasonic quenching is a multifunctional machine tool widely used in various mechanical processing and machine manufacturing industries.

Acceptance standards and procedures for machine tools

1. Machine tool accuracy: JB/T8490.1-1999 (used for acceptance of geometric accuracy, working accuracy, cutting test pieces, etc.).
