When installing the MST1151DP dual flange remote liquid level transmitter to measure liquid level, the negative pressure chamber should be installed at the upper end, the positive pressure chamber at the lower end, and the instrument body in the middle. This way, the transmitter has a negative differential pressure. If the value is not large, it can be eliminated by zeroing. But when there is a certain value, negative transfer can be used to eliminate it. It should be noted that the size of the negative transfer range is only related to the height difference h between the two flanges and the height Ho of the constant liquid level, and is not related to the installation position of the transmitter.
The use of MST1151DP dual flange remote liquid level transmitter can avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. This measurement method is suitable for the following situations:
1. The tested medium has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter
2. Need to isolate the high-temperature measured medium from the transmitter
3. There are suspended solids or high viscosity media in the tested medium
4. The tested medium is easily solidified or crystallized when introduced by a pressure tube
5. Strictly purify the measuring head when replacing the measured medium
6. The measuring head must be kept hygienic and contamination is strictly prohibited.
Object of use: Corrosive or viscous liquids
Attention: Remote transmitters should not be used in vacuum environments.
