Equipment Introduction

Installation Instructions
1. Arrange the machine in a ventilated and dry place according to production needs;
2. Place it steadily to prevent uneven stress on various parts of the machine, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment; 3. The power supply of the machine should be equipped with a knife switch (or air switch, etc.) and isolated from the mains for maintenance protection.
4. The equipment should have reliable grounding or neutral protection to ensure electrical safety.

Operation Manual
1. Check if all connecting components are tight and reliable, and if there are any loose connections in the electrical wiring.
2. Clean the material bucket and inject heating medium water into the interlayer of the bucket.
3. Turn on the heating knob, set the temperature according to the material requirements, and check if the heating device is working properly.
4. Start the mixing motor and check if the equipment is operating normally and if there are any abnormal noises.
5. If everything is normal, materials can be added to the material bucket for normal production.
