1、 Working principle of disc airflow crusher
The disc type airflow crusher is mainly composed of a material conveyor, a material accelerator, a material disperser, an airbag, a nozzle, and a crushing chamber.
The nozzles of the disc crusher are distributed in the cavity at a certain angle to the axis radius, and multiple nozzles are distributed.
The material is injected into the crushing chamber by an accelerator and dispersed by a disperser. The dispersed material is brought into the crushing chamber by high-pressure gas and meets with the high-pressure gas sprayed from the nozzle, causing the airflow to collide, shear, and friction between the materials, thereby achieving the crushing effect. Due to the high-speed rotation of the gas carrying animal material, a large centrifugal force is generated. Under the action of the large centrifugal force, the coarse particles are carried by the airflow to the crushing chamber for multiple pulverizations, while the fine powder is discharged from the discharge port.
