The CCZ-1000 direct reading dust analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the dust analyzer) adopts microprocessor technology, with fast data processing, strong anti-interference ability, good stability, and high measurement accuracy. The dust detector is equipped with a graded dust collector, which can collect respiratory dust and total dust. Its separation efficiency meets the requirements of the "BMRC" respiratory dust separation efficiency standard curve. Full Chinese display and the ability to randomly record the first 50 historical test records.
The dust detector is suitable for coal mines or other dust working environments, directly measuring the concentration of total dust or respiratory dust.
working principle:
After placing the filter membrane clip into the dust analyzer, the detection system inside the dust analyzer initializes the measurement of the blank filter membrane and stores the measurement value. After 5 seconds, the dust detector starts sampling, and the negative pressure generated by the suction pump draws dusty air onto the filter membrane to accumulate dust. The timer synchronized with the sampling starts counting, and the detection system automatically sets the sampling time based on the amount of dust on the filter membrane. After the dust detector stops sampling, the data is processed by the microcontroller and the dust concentration is calculated and displayed on the screen.
