For direct electric heaters (furnaces), U-shaped electric heating tubes are used to directly heat the medium, while indirect electric heaters (furnaces) use electric heating cores to first heat the heat transfer oil (heat transfer medium), and then the process medium is heated by the heat transfer oil. A direct electric heater (furnace) consists of an electric heating core, a pressure bearing shell, and a control system. The thermal oil indirect electric heating furnace (device) is mainly composed of an electric heating system, a thermal oil system, and an automatic control system. It has the characteristics of safety, reliability, stable control, long service life, and easy operation and maintenance.
