1Purpose:
Measure the water potential of fleshy, herbaceous, and woody plant leaves or branches.

IIPrinciple:
Leaves or branches are clamped in the sample chamber and pressurized with gas to observe the pressure at which the first drop of tissue fluid seeps out.
IIIform:
(1) Main part of pressure chamber
1. Sample clamp: used to clamp measuring leaves or branches
2. Pressure chamber: diameter 7cm,13.5cmDeep brass pressure resistant tank
3. Pressure reading gauge: pressure sensor, digital LED display
4. Pressure regulating valve: High pressure gas inflation and deflation
5. High pressure connecting hose: connects the pressure sample chamber to the high-pressure gas source
6. Sample clip attachment: used for sealing samples, with two specifications: round hole and narrow hole
(II) High pressure gas supply section
1. High pressure gas cylinder: There are two volume specifications of 3L and 12.4L gas cylinders
2. High pressure gas regulator interface: Connect high-pressure pipelines or gas cylinders to detect and regulate gas output.
4Optional spare parts:
1. High pressure connecting hose: connects the pressure sample chamber to the high-pressure gas source
2. Sample chamber volume reducer: pressure resistant pad, used to save gas usage
3. Silicone oil: maintain instrument related connections to reduce wear and tear
4. O-type gasket: sample clamp and sample chamber sealing gasket
5. PP3 rechargeable battery and charger: used to support LED display

5Basic technical indicators:
1. Pressure measurement range: 0-40, 0-50, 0-80Bar
2. Resolution: 0.01Bar(1KPascal)
3. Pressure chamber size: 70mm × 135mm, 0.54L
4. Display: 12.7mm high LCD screen
5. Power supply: 9V alkaline PP3 battery
6. Pressure chamber host weight: 9Kg
7. Pressure chamber volume: 0.54L
8. Size specifications: 317mm × 254mm × 152mm
9. Weight: The host weighs 9kg, and the 3L gas cylinder weighs 5kg
