The continuous wall thickness measuring instrument is mainly fixed on the workpiece through support wheels and measuring wheels, and moved along the workpiece. The distance between the two measuring wheels, that is, the thickness dimension of the measured workpiece, can be read out through a digital display screen.

1. Close the two measuring wheels, press the ON/OFF button to turn on the digital display screen switch, then lightly press the handle with your thumb, then press the ZERO button to reset the reading to zero, and press the mm/inch button to select millimeters or inches;

2. Hold one end of the fixed measuring wheel with one hand, and hold the handle with the other hand to pull open the wall thickness gauge so that the distance between the two measuring heads is greater than the measured wall thickness;

3. Place the fixed measuring head on the inner wall of the tested part, move the measuring head to the outer wall of the tested part, and then press the handle with the thumb to make the support wheel and measuring wheel tightly adhere to the pipe wall (see Figure 1 for standard measurement gestures). At this time, the value _ on the digital display block is the wall thickness value of that point;

4. Slowly move the wall thickness gauge in parallel, and the digital display screen will show the measured wall thickness size without any omissions;

5. If necessary, this product can also be connected to a computer, and the measurement data of each point will be collected on the computer. At the same time, the _, _ small, and average values can be obtained for various mathematical statistics and quality analysis.

6. If the number flashes, it indicates insufficient power. The front cover should be pushed open and the battery should be replaced in a timely manner before continuing to use.

1. When measuring workpieces, the standard measurement gesture should be: press the thumb on the handle, and place the index and middle fingers on the bow frame, so that the force direction is perpendicular downward.

2. When measuring workpieces, the measuring surface of the product must not be tilted.

3. When measuring the workpiece, the force should be uniform, based on the feeling that the four supporting wheels are in contact with the workpiece.

4. When measuring the workpiece, there should be no foreign objects on the workpiece and the measurement should be carried out at room temperature.

5. This product cannot measure the position of workpieces with sudden and significant deformation.

6. Handle with care and do not mix with corrosive gases or liquids.
