3、 Product principle
The digital Blowe hardness tester has three testing methods: Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, and is a multifunctional hardness tester with seven levels of testing force, which can meet various hardness testing needs. The loading, holding, and unloading of the test force are achieved through an automatic switching mechanism. The transformation of the test force is obtained by the rotation of the handwheel, and the indentation is measured by a high-precision encoder and sensor. The hardness value is calculated and displayed by the internal system program. So the operation is simple and fast, the interface is intuitive, there is basically no human error in operation, it has high sensitivity and stability, and is suitable for workshops and laboratories.
