The Dxx30 8-13 GHz medium high bandwidth differential probe is a universal test probe with high dynamic range and bias range.
Complete detection system
A cost-effective comprehensive detection kit, including differential amplifier, soldering front-end (X2), square socket front-end, point measurement front-end, cables, matching connection parts, brackets, and other accessories. The probe and accessories are packaged in a portable soft bag, making it very convenient and easy for you to choose the bandwidth you need.
High dynamic range and bias range
The high bandwidth, high input dynamic range, and large bias range make Dxx30 very suitable for DDR testing.
