The Dxx05-A 13-25 GHz differential probe from Lico is a high-performance, high bandwidth testing probe with a large dynamic range, bias range, and low noise.

A cost-effective comprehensive detection kit, including differential amplifier, soldering front-end (X2), point measurement front-end, cables, matching connection parts, brackets, and other accessories. The probe and accessories are packaged in a portable soft bag, making it very convenient and easy for you to choose the bandwidth you need.
