Instrument Introduction

The hydrocarbons that pollute the ambient air generally refer to volatile hydrocarbons (C1~C8). There are two commonly used methods to represent it: one is hydrocarbons including methane, called total hydrocarbons (THC), and the other is hydrocarbons other than methane, called non methane hydrocarbons (NMHC).. In general, non methane total hydrocarbons are directly related to the combustion of fuels such as coal and petroleum, as well as the emissions of automobile exhaust.

The total hydrocarbon/non methane total hydrocarbon analysis gas chromatograph produced by Shanghai Kechuang Chromatography Instrument Co., Ltd. is a specialized instrument specially developed to implement the national environmental protection standards HJ604 and HJ/T38. The determination of total hydrocarbons and non methane total hydrocarbons is divided into two methods based on the removal of oxygen peak interference: using nitrogen as the carrier gas to measure the peak height of the oxygen peak and then deducting it, and directly using dehydrogenated air as the carrier gas to eliminate oxygen peak interference. The instrument adopts the most commonly used former scheme.

The instrument adopts a ten valve dual quantitative ring injection, dual column parallel single detector detection, and can analyze and detect total hydrocarbons and non methane total hydrocarbons in the ambient air in one injection, with good repeatability and high accuracy. The instrument is equipped with a dedicated non methane total hydrocarbon chromatography workstation, which has functions such as intelligent peak identification/automatic processing, multi-channel spectrum integration and exchange, automatic deduction of methane content and oxygen peak interference, etc.

The instrument adopts RJ45 Ethernet interface, which makes signal output and control acquisition simple and convenient, and can realize remote control, remote data transmission, processing and supervision of the instrument. Can be connected to unit supervisors and higher-level supervisors for easy supervision by supervisors;

4.5. Large capacity column box with automatic rear opening door, capable of 8-step programmed heating, and column box with near room temperature control function (5 ℃ above room temperature);

4.6. Equipped with fault self diagnosis function, displaying the location and nature of the fault at any time; Equipped with over temperature protection function, any temperature exceeding the set temperature will automatically stop heating.
