This complete walking assembly consists of a driven wheel set RNE and a driving wheel set RAE, and can be driven by a Demag parallel axis reduction motor. The application of Demag RAE/RNE walking wheel components is very extensive, not only for cranes and material handling occasions, but also for related mechanical engineering applications. The walking wheel component can be installed in the form of a hollow structure or angular bearings.

As the driving unit of the RAE drive wheel, the AUK/ADK gearbox of the Demag key output shaft can be directly connected to the Z-shaped cylindrical rotor motor or connected through a coupling. The D2 anti torsion bracket patented by Demag is directly connected to the customer's structure, providing fixation and support for the reduction motor.
