1、 Overview of Decomposition Tank
A decomposition tank is a tank that provides reaction conditions for decomposition reactions and is also a type of reaction kettle. The decomposition tank is a non-standard container designed based on material characteristics and process parameter requirements, as well as environmental and energy-saving features. On the basis of meeting the equipment process parameters, we strive to achieve environmental protection and energy conservation, and respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction. Decomposition tanks are widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. as intermediate buffers, liquid storage, stirring, heating, mixing and blending.
2、 Composition and characteristics of decomposition tank
The inner surface of the decomposition tank body is polished with a mirror finish of Ra0.28 m, and the outer surface can be treated with matte, mirror finish, sandblasting, or cold-rolled primary color matte according to customer requirements. The capacity ranges from 5L to 5000L, and can also be designed and processed according to the actual needs of customers.
The tank body and upper and lower heads (or cones) are both processed using spinning R-angle machining. The inner wall of the can is polished with a mirror finish, leaving no hygiene blind spots or traces.
The insulation material for the decomposition tank body is polyurethane foam with good insulation performance. The pipe interface adopts the internationally recognized standard quick release chuck. The pipe mouth has interfaces for respirators, liquid level gauges, thermometers, CIP cleaning ports, sight glasses, explosion-proof sight lights, SIP sterilization ports, inlet and outlet ports, and manholes.
The sealing of the mechanical mixer adopts sanitary mechanical seals, and the mixing speed can be adjusted by fixed speed or variable frequency.
The feeding port is also a manhole, and maintenance personnel can enter the tank for installation and maintenance. For the convenience of workers, the connecting pipes set on the upper head are located on the right side of the manhole, making it easy to open the valve.
