Brief introduction
The DTBS series decanter is a new product developed in collaboration between the Technical Department of Yixing City Co., Ltd., the Sixth Design Institute of the Mechanical Department, and Wuxi 704 Institute. It digests and absorbs the decanters from Germany's Bavalia Asia and Delsno Huanxin companies, and has undergone several years of deep technical improvements. Since its launch on the market, it has achieved good processing results through long-term operation and has received unanimous praise from users. In 2001, after careful research by our company's technical department, we made more reasonable improvements to the technology of this product, which increased its service life, made it less prone to damage, and facilitated maintenance and management. This product belongs to our company's second-generation new product.

The DTBS series decanter can be widely used in environmental pollution control projects in many industries such as urban sewage, paper industry, textile printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, leather making, pharmaceuticals, beer, automotive coating, etc. It is an indispensable new drainage device for intermittent activated sludge treatment process and can also be used as a drainage device in various sludge concentration processes.
4、 Product Features
1. Good effluent quality
The unique thin decanting design ensures that the liquid level under the weir does not fluctuate during operation, and the layers are clearly distinguished; Furthermore, a separate float slag blocking structure is designed to prevent floating objects and floating debris from entering the drainage system in the reaction tank, ensuring optimal effluent quality.
2. High degree of automation
This machine is equipped with one separate control cabinet, which is connected to the entire processing center for control. It can automatically start the decanting process according to the programming. When the specified liquid level is reached and a certain amount of water is discharged, it will automatically rise to the starting point and enter standby mode. When the next cycle starts, there is no need for personnel to operate, saving operating costs.
3. Energy saving, quiet and noiseless
Small footprint, low engineering investment, low operating energy consumption, driven by a two-stage planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, noiseless; Set up air ducts to eliminate noise caused by pipeline stagnation and fluctuations.

The equipment is assembled from each component, and during transportation, it can be divided into several parts such as connecting bolts, pin shafts, and folding lines. It can be put into operation by connecting and fixing during assembly, with simple installation and easy maintenance.

Made of all stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) material, it has the advantages of beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance. The floating joint of the water outlet pipe adopts a new type of mechanical sealing material, which has a long service life and is not easily damaged or worn during normal operation.

The entire sewage process has significant activity and adjustability during operation to adapt to changes in water quality, quantity, and level.
5、 Structural description
Use CAD technology to design the body to ensure high efficiency, minimal wear, and smooth operation.
Mechanical transmission components, the moving nut is designed with copper alloy material and undergoes strict processing and balancing to achieve maximum smoothness, preventing the screw from biting or falling off, minimizing wear, and maximizing the service life of its accessories.
The mechanical transmission components specially designed and manufactured for the decanter are coaxial with the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the suspension of the shaft is as short as possible to reduce vibration and extend the service life of the seals and bearings.
Two independent mechanical seals for the water outlet pipe, installed in series and working independently, provide dual sealing.
The mechanical transmission component inspection window is used to adjust the spacing of the travel locator, as well as for inspection and maintenance.
The electronic control device is equipped with various protective components for mechanical faults and current overload.
6、 Operation direction
From a top-down perspective, when the motor rotates clockwise, it operates in a forward direction, causing the decanter to start pouring water. When the motor rotates counterclockwise, it operates in a reverse direction, causing the decanter to rise again.
7、 Electrical Instructions
1. Rated voltage, rated frequency
The rated voltage of the DTBS series decanter motor is 380V and the rated frequency is 50HZ. The rated voltage of the control power supply for the electrical cabinet device is 220V and the rated frequency is 50HZ.
2. Dual control
The supporting electrical cabinet for the decanter is a field control electrical cabinet, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance. The normal operation is directly operated by the central control, and the control signal line is input during installation.

10、 Installation matters
1. Refer to the shipping list and inspect the assembled components and accessories for any defects.
2. Familiar with the equipment installation diagram.
3. First, fix the water outlet connected to the decanter and weld the flange according to the drawing requirements. The center of the flange must be perpendicular to the center of the upper machine base, and the end face of the flange must ensure the levelness and balance of the machine. The flange eye holes must be symmetrical as required.
4. Fixed machine base. First, find the centerline perpendicular to the center of the water outlet pipe, opposite to the center of the machine base, correct the balance of the machine base, align the inner plane with the flange end face on the same parallel line, and then fix and weld to ensure the corresponding strength.
5. Install mechanical transmission devices. Connect the mechanical transmission device with a shaft sleeve, fix it on the machine base with bolts, correct its balance and verticality, and tighten the connecting screws.
6. Assemble the decanter in the reaction tank, connect and fix the flange of the outlet pipe of the decanter with the flange of the outlet pipe of the tank body with bolts, lift the decanter to a certain height, and connect the support point of the decanter and the push rod of the mechanical transmission component with a connecting rod.
7. Install the machine distribution cabinet. The electrical cabinet should be fixed on the side of the mechanical transmission component with a spacing of 200-400mm, and connected to the control line of the mechanical transmission component according to the requirements of the drawing.
8. Use a temporary power source to start the decanter, run it forward to the lowest point of the decanting height (according to the process design requirements of the reaction tank), stop, open the lower inspection window of the mechanical transmission component, adjust the lower limit travel switch contact to the stop position and fix it. Restart the reverse operation and reach the standby height of the decanter (300mm from the highest water surface of the reaction tank at the weir mouth of the decanter). Open the inspection window on the upper part of the mechanical transmission component and adjust the contact of the upper limit travel switch to the stop state.
