Introduction

1、 The purpose of machine tools

This machine tool is specially designed and manufactured by our factory for sandblasting of piston rings after plating, to eliminate burrs and chromium deposits on the outer circle of piston rings after plating. The machine tool adopts a two point clamping structure, which has a larger machining diameter range, smaller workpiece runout, and better grinding effect compared to the original rubber guide wheel. After sanding, the piston ring can not only remove burrs and chromium deposits, but also greatly improve the surface gloss, which has a significant effect on reducing the wear of fixtures and molds in the subsequent machining process and improving the service life of honing cylinder liners.
