The DWSY315 single-phase remote cost control rail meter is a single-phase electronic energy meter with NB-IOT interface function. It establishes long-distance power parameter collection through the NB-IOT data network, and users can display relevant parameters in the meter through a computer. It has the function of collecting measurement data and controlling on/off according to instructions, and can separately implement measurement and control of electric energy measurement modules. All parameters and performance indicators fully comply with the technical requirements of GB/T17215-2002 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters" and DL/T645-1997 "Communication Protocol for Multi functional Energy Meters". This product has advanced design, reasonable structure, stable and reliable operation, and strong anti-interference ability.

4、 Installation and wiring

1. Before installing and using a new module, the appearance, labeling, and especially the surface ID and address codes should be checked and recorded.

2. The module should be installed inside or outside a waterproof meter box, which should be fixed on a sturdy and fire-resistant wall. It is recommended to install it at a height of no less than 2 meters. There are no corrosive gases in the air.

3. The module should be wired according to the wiring diagram on the terminal cover, preferably using copper wire or copper wire connectors, and all wiring screws should be tightened.

6、 Transportation and storage

1. The transportation and unpacking of modules should not be subjected to severe impacts, and should be transported and stored according to the specifications of GB/T13384-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products", and placed according to the "upward" requirements on the packaging box;

2. The storage environment should be between -25 ℃ and+70 ℃, with a relative humidity not exceeding 95%. There should be no corrosive gases in the air and it should be moisture-proof.

3. Modules should be stored in the warehouse and placed on shelves with a stacking height of no more than 10 boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of a single module should not exceed 10 boxes.

7Warranty

Before the module leaves the factory, if the user complies with the requirements specified in the manual and the lead seal is intact at the manufacturing plant, or if it is found that the energy meter does not meet the specified requirements, the manufacturing plant provides a 2-year "three guarantee" service.
