Structural characteristics and applications:
This series of ovens is divided into two types: universal type and self-cleaning high-efficiency type. Its characteristics include front and rear door opening, high-efficiency filters at the inlet and outlet, internal hot air circulation, and door interlocking. The self-cleaning high-efficiency type includes laminar circulation air type (side feed and side return) and vertical laminar flow air type (middle feed and side return); The universal sterilization oven is divided into two types: side delivery and side return, and bottom delivery and middle return.
The self-cleaning and high-efficiency laminar circulation air oven, under the action of a centrifugal fan, sends hot air from one side of the high-temperature and high-efficiency filter into the box, and returns through the other side. After 20-30 minutes of self circulation, the cleanliness of the oven can reach level 100 (i.e. containing particles with a particle size of ≥ 0.5um ≤ 3.5 particles/L). Mainly used for sterilization of antibiotic glass bottles and 50-100ml infusion bottles, it can also be used for other sterilization purposes. The self-cleaning high-efficiency vertical laminar flow air oven sends hot air into the box through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter at the top, and returns from both sides through the bottom. Mainly used for sterilization of barrel utensils in raw material production. Universal sterilization oven is generally used for routine drying sterilization, and can also be used for some high cleanliness drying sterilization according to the requirements of the working environment cleanliness.
The oven can set the working temperature, dehumidification temperature, dehumidification time, constant temperature time, and shutdown temperature at once. After starting up, the control will automatically work according to the set program until the work is completed and the machine will automatically shut down.
