Dust collector box

1. The dust collector box is made of Q235 steel plate welded with a thickness of 2.75mm. All welds must be smooth and neat, with no sand holes or air leaks. This dust collector has one chamber and two ash discharge ports. Each ash discharge port is equipped with an automatic ash discharge device. However, due to the lack of a dust conveying device inside the dust collector and the inability to form a dead ash layer in the ash hopper, it is difficult to discharge the ash.

2. The dust collector box should be equipped with two maintenance ports for easy maintenance, and the maintenance doors should be easy to open and close with good sealing.

3. The support legs of the dust collector should have good rigidity, and the dust collector should be stable without shaking during operation.

4. The filter bag of the dust collector requires easy replacement and simple operation.

The interval of the pulse valve should be slightly faster, usually around 30 seconds, with a weekly interval of about 5 minutes. Dust with high adsorption has a slightly shorter interval time. The adjustment of pulse valve interval time should be determined based on the specific situation on site and the characteristics of dust. Furthermore, the resistance of the bag filter is measured through an instrument. When the resistance of the dust collector reaches the set value of the instrument, the pulse valve automatically cleans the dust. This method is widely used for dust collectors with large filtration areas or those with specific requirements. Easy to use and simple to operate, but due to the high cost, small bag filters are not easy to use.
