Equipment Introduction
The DLG200 extruder is mainly used for processing various types of secondary puffed foods such as square tubes, round tubes, and French fries. The raw materials used are various starches, flour, and potato flour. Its characteristics are: beautiful product shape, delicate taste, and high-end taste; The equipment has a reasonable structure, high output, low unit consumption, easy operation, and high degree of automation. Especially with its high output and low unit consumption, it has won the favor of many food manufacturers.

  1. Rack:
Except for the unloading device, lifting device, and control system, all other systems of this machine are installed on the rack, with a compact structure and easy transportation. The bottom of the rack is composed of shock-absorbing pads, which do not require anchoring during installation.
  2. Drive system:
The drive system consists of a 90KW motor and a cylindrical gear reducer. This system is less affected by voltage fluctuations, has low environmental requirements, generates high torsional resistance, and has good heat dissipation performance. The motor and cylindrical gear reducer adopt a direct connection method; High transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
  3. Squeezing system:
The extrusion system is mainly composed of screws and barrels. The screw and barrel materials are all 38CrMoAl, with a hardness of HV900~1000. The screw has a medium compression ratio and is equipped with 5 stirring blades at the front end, which allows the material to be compressed and kneaded to varying degrees at different temperatures, achieving the goal of tight organization and high formability of the product. The inner wall of the screw barrel has longitudinal grooves to increase the friction with the material, making it easier for the material to advance.
  4. Heating system:
This machine uses an infrared heating coil to directly heat the screw cylinder, and the heating temperature is automatically controlled by feedback from a thermocouple. This machine is heated in six zones, each with four 1.5KW heating coils. The temperature in each area can be set freely to meet the different process requirements of materials in different regions.
  5. Cooling system:
In order to meet the strict temperature requirements of materials and achieve more precise temperature control, this machine is equipped with an automatic cooling system. The automatic cooling system mainly consists of pressure towers, water storage tanks, pipelines, solenoid valves, and pressure tanks. This cooling system uses water or oil as the cooling medium. This machine is equipped with six zone cooling, and the cooling medium is automatically controlled in and out by an electromagnetic valve. After passing through the cooling zone to remove heat, it enters the water storage tank for cooling and is then pumped into the cooling tower by a pressure pump. Due to the pressure difference between the pressure tower and the cooling zone, the cooling medium flows from the pressure tower into the pressure tank, and then through the solenoid valve into the cooling zone. This cycle repeats to achieve the purpose of cooling and temperature control.
  6. Forming system:
The molding system consists of a mold body, a mold, a pressure sleeve, and a retaining ring. Producing different products can be achieved by replacing different molds. This structure is compact, easy to load and unload, time-saving, labor-saving, and material saving.
  7. Control system:
The control system consists of an independent electrical control cabinet. Adopting PLC centralized control, equipped with manual and automatic, visual touch screen, high degree of automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
  8. Unloading device:
The unloading device consists of a top shaft screw, a nut, a shaft puller, and a supporting axle car. When installing the shaft, it is completed by the axle support car and the axle puller; When unloading the shaft, it is completed by the top shaft screw, nut, and axle support car. The device is convenient and labor-saving for loading and unloading screws.
  9. Lifting device:
The lifting device is specifically designed for heavy mold heads and mold seats. This device is equipped with ground casters, which can easily separate the mold base and mold head from the equipment for easy cleaning and maintenance!
