Multi purpose vacuum single cone dryer is an efficient and multifunctional fully enclosed vertical vacuum drying equipment that integrates vacuum distillation, crushing, powder mixing, and drying. Its drying efficiency is 3-5 times that of double cone rotary vacuum dryers and vacuum box dryers of the same specifications.
The working process of the vacuum single cone dryer is batch operation. After the wet material enters the silo, it is dried using a jacket, stirring and heating. The high vacuum design of this dryer has significant advantages for temperature sensitive products, with good thermal conductivity, fast drying, and low energy consumption. The filter directly connected to the dryer can retain dust particles in the processing area. The machine adopts an inflatable sealed hemispherical valve for thorough and convenient unloading, excellent vacuum and pressure sealing performance, no dead corners, easy to clean design, stable performance, and long service life, ensuring that products can continue to be processed without any damage.

1. Blender: Using a low shear force helical stirrer blade, gently mix materials at low speed and low energy consumption. The intensity and mixing time of the mixture are relatively low.
2. Cylinder: The cylinder consists of a head and a conical cylinder. The head and cylinder are equipped with jacket heating and insulation, and necessary manholes, process pipe openings, and sight glasses are provided. Equipped with agitator shaft seal, bottom discharge valve, upper feed valve, and dust filter.
3. Dust filter: The dust filter consists of an insulated and heated outer cylinder, a filter element, a blowback and cleaning device.
4. Machine sealing system: The machine sealing liquid is used as an external liquid barrier and a safe machine sealing indicator system. The mechanical sealing products and connecting components comply with GMP standards, and the tank is filled with sterile water liquid for operation. It can be circulated and completely emptied. The liquid system operates in accordance with GMP standards.
5. Inflatable sealed hemispherical valve: This hemispherical valve is designed to meet the special needs of feeding and discharging in single cone vacuum dryers. The valve is manufactured according to precise tolerance standards and combined with a special structure to form a good vacuum and pressure sealing environment. The standard inflatable sealed design has no dead corners, is easy to clean, meets GM standards, and can be cleaned online.

1. Strong applicability: Combined with our company's special drying process, it can adapt to the drying of materials with high viscosity, poor thermal penetration, easy rolling and clumping.
2. Large production capacity: Large loading capacity, which can reach the effective volume of the container.
3. High drying efficiency: The effective heat transfer area is large, which is 1.4 times the area inside the container; The material rises in a spiral shape inside the device, then descends in a vortex shape along the main axis, and is uniformly and effectively heated during dispersed motion; The combination of high vacuum at the machine head and high-speed pulse airflow at the same temperature and direction at the machine bottom effectively removes the solvent of the material; The dual channel vacuum nozzle prevents vacuum blockage, reduces resistance, and increases pumping rate. With a back blowing trap, it can effectively provide high vacuum.
4. Not damaging the crystal structure of materials: Materials with high thermal sensitivity and crystal structure requirements will not be damaged.
5. The drying process is fully sealed and nitrogen filled, with no cross contamination, high cleanliness, and high safety level.
6. The mixer and container wall have high smoothness and a small gap between them, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the surface of the container wall.
7. Satisfy the production requirements of sterile raw materials: online SIP and CIP, as well as online sterile sampling, can be optionally selected, and a PLC intelligent control recording device can be configured to record, store, and transport process parameters related to the drying process. Sealed connection with the upper and lower processes, the entire production process is produced in a closed manner, meeting the requirements of the new GMP production.
