The DL2025 total copper automatic online analyzer combines advanced sequential injection technology with photometric technology to detect the concentration of total copper in water after acidification and digestion. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of the total copper content in water, comprehensively reflecting the pollution level of heavy metal copper in the water.

Working principle

The DL2025 total copper online analyzer uses sodium diethyldithiocarbamate spectrophotometry to determine total copper. Under high temperature and pressure, various copper compounds in water samples are oxidized and digested by nitric acid to form divalent copper ions. Under ammonia conditions, copper ions react with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate to form yellow brown complexes. Within a certain concentration range, the absorbance of the system is proportional to the concentration of copper ions, and the total copper content in the water sample can be determined by spectrophotometry. The instrument adopts automatic control of water sample collection, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission to quickly and continuously complete the entire process of total copper analysis in wastewater. The system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic analysis and obtain more accurate detection results.
