product overview
The DL2021 water quality lead automatic online analyzer is a project product of Jiangsu Province's environmental protection research project in 2011. It uses advanced sequential injection technology and electrochemical stripping voltammetry technology to detect trace lead in water. This instrument can achieve real-time, fast, and accurate analysis of lead content in water quality.
Working principle
The DL2021 water quality lead automatic online analyzer adopts electrochemical stripping voltammetry for analysis. The determination of lead by stripping voltammetry is divided into two processes: (1) enrichment process: under a certain applied voltage, lead ions in the solution are first reduced and deposited on the electrode surface, forming metal intermetallic compounds. (2) Dissolution process: After the deposition process is completed, rest for a moment and apply a reverse scanning voltage. At this time, the deposited lead quickly dissolves from the electrode, thereby obtaining a large dissolution current. Qualitative and quantitative analysis can be conducted based on the peak potential and peak height of the dissolution current peak. Firstly, a peristaltic pump sucks in a certain volume of current carrying liquid into the electrolytic cell, and then the water sample is added to the electrolytic cell. The three electrode system is used for measurement, and the principle that the peak current of metal lead element dissolution is proportional to the lead ion content in the solution within a certain range is used for quantitative measurement.
