product overview
The DL2009 water quality nickel automatic online analyzer combines advanced flow injection technology with spectrophotometry to detect the concentration of un acidified divalent nickel and soluble nickel in water. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of nickel content in water, which reflects the degree of pollution of heavy metal nickel in the water.
Working principle
The instrument uses the dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric method to determine the non acidified divalent nickel ions and soluble nickel ions in water. The peristaltic pump switches the reagent and water sample through eight position sequential valves and transports them to the colorimetric cell. After static mixing, under alkaline conditions, the nickel ions in the water sample react with the colorimetric agent dimethylglyoxime to produce a wine red complex, which changes the color of the solution. The photoelectric colorimetric device measures and records the change in the intensity of the transmitted light after the reaction complex absorbs specific wavelengths of light in the colorimetric cell, and obtains the response value with corresponding peak height. The content of copper ions in the water sample is calculated by comparison. The sequential injection system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic analysis and obtain more accurate detection results.
application area
Online rapid monitoring of nickel in water quality at pollution source discharge outlets, especially at wastewater treatment facility discharge outlets in key industries such as electroplating, mining, electronics, batteries, smelting, and steel;
Online monitoring of divalent nickel in water plants and drinking water sources;
It can be widely used in water environment automatic monitoring stations, regional water boundary points, water quality analysis rooms, and environmental regulatory agencies at all levels to monitor water environment.
