The DL2007 total nitrogen automatic online analyzer combines advanced sequential injection technology with photometric technology to detect the total nitrogen concentration in water after oxidation and digestion. The instrument can realize real-time, rapid and accurate analysis of total nitrogen content in water, comprehensively reflect the nitrogen pollution degree in water body, and online rapid monitoring of total nitrogen at pollution source discharge outlet, which can be used for online monitoring of total nitrogen in Rivers and Lakes, waterworks and drinking water sources.
Working principle
The DL2007 total nitrogen online analyzer uses the resorcinol spectrophotometric method to determine total nitrogen. Under high temperature and pressure, various forms of nitrogen compounds in water samples are oxidized and digested by potassium persulfate to form nitrate ions. In the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid, nitrate ions react with resorcinol to form a pale pink complex. Within a certain concentration range, the absorbance of the system is proportional to the concentration of nitrate ions, and the total nitrogen content in the water sample can be determined by spectrophotometry. The instrument adopts automatic control of water sample collection, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission to quickly and continuously complete the entire process of total nitrogen analysis in wastewater. The system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic analysis and obtain more accurate detection results.
