The DK series piston pressure gauge is redesigned based on our YS series piston pressure gauge, KY and JY series piston pressure gauges, with optimized structure, super wear resistance and perfect reliability. The DK series piston pressure gauge has a maximum accuracy of 0.005%. The maximum range is 160MPa. The DK series adopts a modular structure, and one platform can install different piston systems, achieving the purpose of economic practicality.

Performance characteristics
1. Modularization: The piston system and pressure generator have a fully modular structure, and various modules can achieve single or combined functions.
2. Stability: The liquid piston uses low position weights to ensure high reliability and stability.
Interchangeability: The piston range can be freely interchanged by replacing the sleeve unit.
4. Piston sleeve unit: Made of tungsten carbide material, other parts are made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, which can effectively avoid deformation.
5. Weight: Made of demagnetized high-quality austenitic stainless steel.
6. Rotation speed: In the free rotation state, the decay of rotation speed is related to time. For example, for a 60MPa product, the speed decreases from the initial 33.0 rpm to 24.8 rpm after 30 minutes. This also indicates that the pressure distribution of the piston sleeve clearance is uniform.
7. Effective area: The average effective area and pressure deformation coefficient of the piston sleeve unit can be measured by a reference pressure gauge under standard atmospheric pressure and 20 ℃ conditions.
Piston descent speed: When the range is 60MPa, the piston descent speed is linearly related to the pressure. At a range of 100MPa, for all components, the piston descent speed and effective area are linearly related to pressure, with a maximum descent speed of less than 5 μ m/s and a maximum effective area change of less than 0.0006mm

Instrument advantages
The pressurization system adopts a hard seal, does not rely on O-ring sealing, does not require changing the skin bowl, does not have pressure leakage problems, and does not require frequent disassembly and assembly.
Pre pressurization without a valve, no need to close the pre pressurization valve, this technology shows the machining level of our factory.
The pressure system is hard sealed, with a thin pressure rod, making it very easy to apply pressure to 100MPa with one hand.
The piston cylinder and piston rod are high-precision lathe products from Germany, which do not require manual grinding, and there is no inconsistency in descent speed or so-called unqualified descent delay.
Adopting a low position piston pressure gauge, the center of gravity of the piston pressure gauge is lower, and the piston rotation is smoother.
