Service Hotline:
The DJT80X display and transmission integrated temperature transmitter has the basic functions of a regular integrated temperature transmitter. It organically integrates temperature sensing elements (thermistor or thermocouple) with signal conversion and amplification units. In addition to outputting 4-20mA signals that are linear with temperature, it also has on-site indication or display functions.
The DJT80X display and transmission integrated temperature transmitter has a sturdy and beautiful shell, double-layer structure, 3-level LCD or LED display, and optional 0-100% pointer indication. The internal circuit adopts large-scale integrated circuit, stable signal, clear display, and is very convenient for on-site calibration and inspection. This instrument is divided into two types: ordinary type and explosion-proof type.
Features:
Accurate signal and long-distance transmission (larger than 1000 meters)
High precision, anti-interference, good long-term stability, maintenance free
The transmitter can display measurements on site
Range: -200 ℃ to 1600 ℃; Conventional accuracy: ± 0.25%
Working Principle:
The temperature sensor is affected by temperature and produces resistance or potential effects, which are converted into a differential voltage signal. This signal is amplified by an amplifier and then converted into a 4-20mA current signal corresponding to the range through voltage and current conversion.

The DC24V power supply supplies power to the transmitter through a shielded cable, with the "V+" connected to the positive pole of 24VDC and the "V -" connected to the negative pole. These two wires simultaneously output a 4-20mA standard signal, which is used to connect the load in series. Z "is the zero adjustment potentiometer, and" S "is the full adjustment potentiometer. All potentiometers have been calibrated according to user requirements before leaving the factory. When errors occur due to factors such as line resistance and ambient temperature during use, simply adjust the zero potentiometer "Z" to correct them.

Precautions for use:
The power supply of the temperature transmitter should not have spikes, and the calibration of the transmitter should be carried out 5 minutes after power on, and attention should be paid to the ambient temperature at that time. Do not open the cover of the digital transmitter at will to avoid moisture. The shell should be firmly grounded, and power and signal output should be transmitted using shielded cables. The crimping nut should be tightened to ensure airtightness. Be sure to use a wrench or other tool to tighten the nut during installation, and do not directly twist the meter head by hand to prevent breaking the internal circuit. To adjust the display direction, first loosen the "header fixing screws" on both sides, gently rotate them to the appropriate position (not exceeding 270 ℃), and then tighten the screws.
