1、 Scope of use
The DJ-60 infinite distance research grade inverted metallographic microscope adopts excellent infinite distance optical system and modular functional design concept. After upgrading the system, polarization observation, bright field observation and other functions can be achieved. The compact and stable integrated main body design fully embodies the requirements of microscope operation stability. The idealized design of the instrument makes operation more convenient and space more extensive. Suitable for metallographic structure analysis and microscopic observation of surface morphology, it is an ideal instrument for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, and polymer materials science.
2、 System Introduction
The DJ-60 infinite distance research grade inverted metallographic microscope has an image output system. Traditional optical microscopes can be organically combined with computer computers (digital cameras) through photoelectric conversion. Not only can microscopic imaging be observed through eyepieces, but real-time images can also be directly observed and captured through computers or digital cameras, and the required images can be directly photographed, saved, and printed. The DJ-60 metallographic microscope is equipped with a digital metallographic microscope (DJ-60D type) for users who are not convenient to access computers. It takes metallographic structure images directly through a digital camera or DSLR camera, and later imports them into a computer for metallographic analysis and grading reports using metallographic analysis software.

4Introduction to the functions of metallographic microscope
1. Automatic metallographic analysis function
The DJ-60 inverted metallographic microscope can be combined with the latest metallographic image analysis software developed by Yuanren Testing, and can be used as a professional instrument for metallographic analysis of materials such as cast iron (gray mouth, ductile iron) and cast steel. The system adopts the latest computer and information technology, integrates digital imaging devices and computer-aided metallographic analysis software, directly obtains metallographic images from the microscope and stores them in digital image file format on the computer. The system further processes and analyzes the images to calculate the required detection parameters, and can print and output the detection results in the form of a report.
Metallographic microscope analysis technology can systematically measure and evaluate results quickly and accurately, in compliance with national standards (GB) and other relevant industry standards (JB/YB/HB/QC/DL/DJ/STM, etc.). The system has a completely Chinese interface (English version can also be selected), which is concise, clear, and easy to operate. After simple training or reference to the user manual, it can be operated freely. And it provides a quick method for learning metallographic knowledge and popularizing operations.
The system includes the following main functions:
Image editing software: more than ten functions including image acquisition, image storage, etc;
