Ordering instructions

Required ordering information:

  • Pump model or basic parameters such as flow rate, head, cavitation allowance, properties and temperature of the medium required by the user, as well as special parameter requirements;

  • The material of the main components of the pump (if not specified, it shall be delivered according to the configuration in this sample);

  • Import pressure (if the import pressure is ≥ 0.3MPa, please specify the pump casing material or contact the technical support department for consultation when ordering);

  • Type of shaft seal (including mechanical seal, layered shear packing seal, special sand control sealing components, ordinary packing seal, etc. If not specified, it shall be delivered as ordinary packing seal);

  • Structural types of bearing components: two types can be selected according to conditions such as medium temperature, and need to be specified when ordering;

  • The rotation direction of the pump (for special types, when viewed from the transmission end towards the pump, the impeller rotates counterclockwise. If not specified, it will be delivered clockwise according to the standard type);

  • Requirements for motor speed, power, voltage, protection level, insulation level, cooling method, explosion-proof configuration, etc;

  • Base: In this sample, a shared base is provided for machine base numbers below 315, and a separate base or no base is provided for machine base numbers above 315. Please specify when ordering;

  • If spare parts are required, please indicate the name and quantity of the required spare parts;

  • When placing an order, if there are no special requirements for the flange, the data listed in the book should be used for delivery. If there are any special requirements, they should be explained at the time of ordering.

  • Indicate the sealing flushing method: external internal flushing, external flushing. External internal flushing is suitable for situations where the water temperature is less than 80 ℃ or the medium is not water. External flushing is suitable for situations where the water temperature is ≥ 80 ℃ and the medium contains sand and other particles.

  • This pump is a flat flange. If a water stop line needs to be added to the sealing surface, it must be specified in the contract.

Selection instructions:

  • The user's order is not limited by the data listed in the sample performance curve and performance parameter table. Our company can design and provide products specifically according to the user's actual required flow rate and head;

  • If the performance parameters listed are similar, standard impeller pump type and high-speed pump type are generally preferred (provided that the cavitation performance requirements are met);

  • If the flow and head parameters required by the user are not in the high flow and low head operating range of the product, the power of the supporting motor can be appropriately reduced based on the actual operating point calculation.
