1. Electricity metering
a) It has the function of measuring positive and negative active energy, can store its data, and can set the combination of active energy based on it.
b) It has a time-sharing metering function, which accumulates and stores the total, peak, off peak, and valley electrical energy according to the corresponding time period.
c) Capable of storing total electricity and electricity at various rates for up to 12 months; The data storage boundary time is 24:00 at the end of the month.
2. Display function
The electric energy meter has a liquid crystal display function and provides rich graphic or textual prompt information; The content it displays can be queried through the button loop, and the displayed items can be configured as needed through the communication port; It provides LCD backlight, which can be awakened by pressing buttons for easy viewing.
3. Local cost control
Local cost controlled energy meters support recharging and parameter setting through solid-state media such as RF cards, as well as remote recharging, parameter setting, and control functions through virtual media. Local cost controlled energy meters have two payment methods: local payment and remote payment, and their cost control functions are implemented internally within the smart energy meter.
4. Measurement and testing
It can measure voltage, current (including neutral line current), active power, power factor, etc. The measurement error (citation error) shall not exceed ± 1%.
5. Event record
It has functions such as resetting the electricity meter, programming, timing, power failure, tripping, closing, and recording events of opening the meter cover.
6. Timing function
It has calendar, timing, and leap year automatic switching functions. The output frequency of the internal clock terminal is 1Hz.
7. Freeze function
It has functions such as daily freezing, hourly freezing, timed freezing, instantaneous freezing, and agreed freezing.
8. Communication function
a) The electric energy meter has one infrared communication interface, one RS485 communication interface, and one carrier communication interface.
b) Adopting an external plug and play carrier communication module, the carrier communication interface has a failure protection function.
c) The communication protocol of the electric energy meter complies with the requirements of DL/T645-2007 and its filing documents.
9. Indicator light, pulse output
a) There are two LED indicator lights on the meter panel: active power pulse and trip indication.
b) The auxiliary terminals of the electric meter are equipped with active calibration pulse signals and multifunctional testing signals.
10. Load switch
The load switch can be installed internally or externally.
