RF capacitive liquid level transmitterThe principle of liquid level measurement is that the probe and conductive liquid form a capacitor, where the metal core of the probe line is one pole of the capacitor, the conductive liquid is the other pole of the capacitor, and the middle is a highly stable polytetrafluoroethylene, that is, the insulating outer layer of the probe line serves as the medium between the two poles. As the liquid level changes, the area of the liquid surrounding the probe line changes, causing the relative area of the two poles that make up the capacitor to change, resulting in the generation of the output model of the sensor.

The DC series RF capacitive liquid level transmitter produced by our company is a new type of liquid price measuring instrument developed by absorbing the essence of similar products at home and abroad. It can convert changes in various level and liquid medium parameters into standard current signals, which can be remotely transmitted to the operation control room for centralized display, alarm or automatic control of secondary instruments or computer devices. Its excellent structure and installation method are suitable for continuous measurement of liquid level, material level, and material level under special conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, easy crystallization, anti blockage, anti cold formation, and solid powder and granular materials. It is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals, as well as in places such as sewage treatment, boiler steam drums, and coal powder bags for liquid level, material level, and material level measurement.

Installation precautions
  1. The transmitter uses capacitance to measure raw materials. The outer insulation layer of the probe wire is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material that is resistant to high temperature, corrosion, aging and has high chemical stability. It is insulated from the measured liquid during normal operation. Be sure to protect the outer insulation layer of the probe wire during installation. Once damaged, it will shorten the service life or cause installation failure;
  2. After the installation of the probe wire is completed, when it is fully immersed in the liquid, the insulation resistance between the probe wire and the liquid (or the outer wall of the metal container) should be greater than 20M Ω (measured with a digital multimeter in the 20M Ω range). When measuring the insulation resistance, the connection between the probe wire and the transmitter should be temporarily disconnected;
  3. When installing the transmitter outdoors, the probe wire should not be exposed outside the container to avoid damage.
